This raffle is the result of a three year effort to obtain a licence from the Alberta Gaming Liquor & Cannabis (AGLC) that will allow us to engage in fundraising through such activities as raffles, casinos; and auctions. Gfoundation needs to supplement its traditional fundraising by appealing to more donors, if it is to accomplish its environmental protection goals.
Royer is asking all GFoundation supporters to make this first trial raffle a success by purchasing their own tickets, as well as encouraging others to do likewise by spreading the raffle link or instagram

GFoundation will receive the other half of the prize. This will enable us to reach our goals for wetland protections in the 120,000 acres of land that surround our Activity Centre in the Beaver Hills Biosphere east of Edmonton. Some of the funds raised in this raffle will also support the work of the GF Miquelon Watershed Stewardship Committe (MWSC).
